Yingting Gao / 高莹婷

I am currently a second year Ph.D. student in Human Centered Computing at Georgia Tech, advised by Dr. Hyunjoo Oh and Dr. Josiah Hester, working at the intersection of HCI and sustainable material design.

 

I am intrigued by the process of fabricating and seamlessly integrating innovative sustainable materials with the capability to sense behavior and the environment, and subsequently generate responses. My current fascination lies in exploring the potential applications and products of these co-designed sustainable materials, and how they can reduce carbon footprint and participate in a circular economy for electronic devices.
